On the occasion of the National Naadam Festival commemorating the 2,235th anniversary of the establishment of the First State, the 820th anniversary of the Great Mongol Empire, the 115th anniversary of the restoration of national freedom and independence, the 105th anniversary of the People’s Revolution, and the 36th anniversary of the Democratic Revolution, the management and staff of the Mongolian State Philharmonic welcomed and honored veteran artist P. Jugdernamjil.
P. Jugdernamjil is one of approximately 40 musicians who helped establish the Symphony Orchestra of the Mongolian State Philharmonic. He is a distinguished veteran musician who began his career with the orchestra in 1957, when it was known as the “Yaruu Tungalag Orchestra.”
